Description
This team of owner-operators was formed shortly after the group realized they all were after the same thing, just in different parts of the province. Brewer John Folinsbee was planning a brewery in Squamish, industry veteran Marc Roberts had his sights on Vancouver while entrepreneur Ben Reeder and builder Adam Steinberg were looking at brewing in the Cowichan Valley on Reeder’s hop farm. After tasting John’s recipes they decided to go all in and combine forces to build the 6000 square foot brewery, tasting room and kitchen in Squamish.

Opaque, with a thin head. Nice fruity nose - pear, guava, pineapple and grapefruit. Light body, moderate bitterness. Sort of creamy from the yeast and quite a bit of sweetness. Nice balance, lots of fruity hop character. Very drinkable, a true session.

Dark brown colour with small head. Mild notes of coffee and chocolate, similar arom aand flavour; mildly sweet, with a mellow final just barely balanced by the coffee roastiness.
Good.

Tall can (thx, Alex!). Pours a hazy golden with a weak white head. Aroma is tropical fruits with pineapple notes, a bit dirty. Similar taste. Not enough silky as for IIPA. Good one, but I would prefer more fruitiness and less dirt.

Tall can (thx, Alex!). Pours a murky blonde with a white head. Aroma is a bit odd - very fresh, some strange floral and fruity notes. Similar taste. Very light. Meh.

Draught at 12 Kings, Vancouver, 420ml
Murky blond color. They tell me that it's the last pour of the keg, so maybe the earlier glasses tasted differently. The aroma is very nice, it's piney, moderately juicy and a bit dank. Good body strength, there is an excellent hop juicy quality, rather low bitterness, lean and crisp base, but also too much mud, flour, or raw cereals, dirty.
