Description
This team of owner-operators was formed shortly after the group realized they all were after the same thing, just in different parts of the province. Brewer John Folinsbee was planning a brewery in Squamish, industry veteran Marc Roberts had his sights on Vancouver while entrepreneur Ben Reeder and builder Adam Steinberg were looking at brewing in the Cowichan Valley on Reeder’s hop farm. After tasting John’s recipes they decided to go all in and combine forces to build the 6000 square foot brewery, tasting room and kitchen in Squamish.

Growler, pours a cloudy dull yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out fairly dank hops and dry biscuity malt. Flavour is very smooth, with lightly dank hops, biscuity malt, and some herbal notes. Nicely dank and floral, with a soft finish.

Cloudy, and quite pale yellow. The aroma is big, lupulin powder, some grapefruit, lychee, and that sort of thing. Very hoppy. On the palate, similar fruit notes on the palate. Fairly good bitterness. Good example - more body than many of these, but the abundant hops are pretty fun.

Growler, pours a clear copper amber with a small white head. Aroma reveals sweet corn, straw, and cereal malt. Flavour is pretty dry and bland, with bready malt. Lacking depth, but clean and easy. Solid.

Has a brassy colour. No head. The aroma has a slight caramel, cracker note. On the palate, this is basically caramel notes, with a bit more hop than usual, and a bit more toastiness. It's not bad, but probably could do with a bit more hop.

Black with barely any head. Strong coffee character, more evident when cold, but backed up by good bready and chocolately body. The alcohol is well hidden.

The coffee aroma is prominent, nice chocolate flavour.

Black color with no head. Nice aroma of chocolate, hints of coconut, raw cocoa, caramel. Medium body strength, chocolate base, hints of coffee and coconut.
Balanced, not very sweet, very good.

Dank aroma, the lower carbonation helps the mouthfeel, a bit salty, the hops are moderate in the flavor.
Good.

Murky yellow color. The aroma is juicy, the mouthfeel is soft, not too flour-y, so it doesn't distract from the juicy hops.
Very good NE ISA.

Hazy amber colour. Dry and lean with a delicate bready malt base, crisp, and a hint of dark honey and buckwheat.
Very nice.

Growler at Alex's. Pours a cloudy blonde with a white head. Aroma is very strange with lots of grass. Similar taste. An ok.
