Draught at Dageraad, Burnaby
Hazy pale blond color. Light cider and lemon aroma. Dry, mildly sour, with simple flavor, a bit of apple peel and lemon in the final.
Simplistic and weak like most North American ciders, but not too bad.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a clear dull blonde with a small white head. Aroma is moderately sweet, with subdued crisp green apples. Flavour is lightly sweet, with crisp green apples. Standard boring craft cider, like so many others. Competent but lacking character.

500mL bottle, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out dry floral hopping, with a bit of green apple acidity. Flavour is fairly light on the hopping, with green apple, some apple core, and a touch of acidity. Clean-ish, but nothing special. Typical North American cider.

Touch of haze. The orbit hop lends a lot of citrus and florals. Hoppy, touch of bitterness, tart shot of malolactic. Juicy. Little bit of sweetness. I like this - not great cider but well-hopped.
