Bottle, picked up at Cloudwater Unit 9. Light haze on a pale, coppery gold. Ring of lasting, white head. Nose has sweet oak. Peach stone. Wine dregs. Sour grain. Some dried strawberries in there. Some zested lemon. Smells great. Taste is tart and juicy, with a light, astringent bitterness. Light to medium body. Puckering, slightly, and mouthwatering. Soft carbonation. Tart and juicy on the finish. Lovely.

Fruity sweet white grape and barrel. Clearish gold with a decent white head. Light white grape with a touch of barrel and a nice finish.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of wild yeast, with oak, a hint of wine, and farmhouse notes. Flavour is subtle, yet complex, with lots of white wine barrels, farmhouse notes, a little oak, and wild yeast. Doesn't strike me as a lager, as everything else eclipses that. Really nicely constructed.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out wild yeast, some tartness, and a little oak. Flavour is acetic as hell, with tons of acetone, followed by gentle brett. Harsh as hell - the acetone makes this undrinkable.

Light hazy, quite tart, bracing acidity. Just a bit of balance to the fruit.
