Poured from the tap. Hazy yellow gold with small white head. Kettle sour quality, mild tropical hops, average.

Hazy pale, yeasty. Light influence of the spruce tip volatile oils. Mellow pale malts and medium bitterness on the base beer. Comes together pretty well.

Opaque. Pale. Lots of onion, low bitterness. Sweet malt. For me the hop character is all wrong for what I want in a pilsner.

Bottle pour at Farmhouse Fest 2023, pours a cloudy bright golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out spruce tips, light oak, and rustic notes. Flavour is full of high carbonation, light spruce, and rustic saison yeast. Champagne-like effervescence, with a rustic, buggy finish.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest 2023, pours a cloudy bright yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out big oily dry-hopping, wild yeast and a touch of oak. Flavour is oily, with lots of yogurt (is this a kettle sour?), with little else. There's some dry hops and oak, but the lacto is dominating. Not great.

Can pour at Farmhouse Fest 2023, pours a cloudy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright white wine like citrus hops, grassiness, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is bright, with clean white wine-like hops, crisp crackery malt and a hint of grassiness. Bright NZ hop character — that's damn nice. Very good.

deep golden color. Very grassy, cereal hops, firm bitterness and this rustic kellerbier character that I love. This is great

On tap at 33 Acres, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out subdued lemon, touch of grass, not much else. Flavour is gentle, with subdued lemon, some straw and biscuity malt sweetness. Very timid, with very light lemon. Nothing wrong with it, just very unexciting.
