On tap at 33 Acres, pours a clear copper amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out bready malt and gentle sweetness. Flavour is reasonably clean, with bready malt, gentle toasted nuts, and a hint of sweet red fruits. Finished dry and toasty nutty. Clean and drinkable. Solid.

On tap at 33 Acres, pours a hazy—mostly clear—pale blonde with a small white head — doesn't look like a hazy. Aroma sure smells like a hazy, with chalk, murky hopburn and some earthiness. Flavour is gently fruity, with pithy stone fruits and subdued earthy hops. Chalky mouthfeel, with no dankness, just a touch of fruited. Just another chalky haze bomb.

Blond color, with minimal haze. Aroma of lemon and tequila. Strong tartness, then the lime, then the botanicals (tequila-like), then the salt. If there is any mezcal, it's well hidden.

12oz (thx, Julia!) @ Alex's. Appearance: a bit hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma: quite weird and artificial citruses. Taste: along the same lines, an artificial lime malty pop. Overall: not good.

Dark brown. Thick head. Poured into one of my many Temporal glasses. Lots of nutty coffee up front on the nose, with some fruitiness. That burnt fruit becomes much more pronounced on the palate, which I appreciate. Deep fruitcake stuff, blending with a big alcoholic punch in the finish. Not sure how strong the coffee was when fresh but it certainly seems integrated now.

473ml can. Pours a clear yellow gold with a small, creamy, short lived, white head that laces. Mild aroma of grainy pale malt, Belgian yeast, honey and floral hops. Sweet flavour of grainy pale malt, orange, honey, Belgian yeast, lemon, black pepper and floral hops in a crisp, dry, mild bitter finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Easy to drink. Not bad.

On tap at 33A, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light phenols, champagne notes, and touch of citrus. Flavour is estery, with light phenols, champagne notes, and a hint of citrus. Nothing remotely resembling a biere de garde or saison. Not good at all.
