Draft - Soured dark roast and some earthy notes. Deep ruby brown with a small beige head. Light soured dark malts with a touch of earth.

Taster at Alibi Room with Alex. Pours a da4k brown with a tan head. Aroma is roasted malt, some slight fruitiness. Taste is similar. Meh. Almost no character at all.

On tap at Moody, pours a filthy dark pink with a small light pink head. Aroma brings out loads of fresh raspberries, with just a hint of the hibiscus detectable. Flavour brings out decadent raspberry pie dessert, with a touch of floral notes. Very fruity and easy-drinking. Good stuff.

On tap at Moody, pours a cloudy pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of tart elderflower, with some brett funk, and citric tartness. Flavour is complex, with a very nice balance of funky brett, elderflower and puckeringly tart citrus. This sounded bad on paper but they executed this really well. Really good.

On tap at Moody, pours a deep dark brown / near-black with a reddish tinge and a small beige head. Aroma brings out tart red fruits, earthy rye and crusty bread. Flavour is along the same lines, with tart red fruits, lots of crusty bread, and earthy rye. Nicely constructed, and well-balanced. Really quite nice.
