473mL can, pours a hazy pale blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma is very yogurty, with floral dry hops and some lacto in decent harmony. Flavour follows identically, with a decent marriage of lacto and dry hopping, with a citrus tartness on the finish. Lots of lacto and floral dry hopping overall. Solid.

Light cocoa. No head. Medium brown. Thin, lame, going nowhere. No complexity or depth, on a style that should have ample of both.

Dull and flat, no head, just a lifeless straw colour. Yeasty, flabby, and that’s what it tastes like. This completely missed.

Vaguely papaya tropical sort of hops. Dullish hazy. No head. Mellow bitterness. Malts are light, overall not going anywhere fast.

Quite pale, slight haze. The aroma is a bit husky, low bitterness, sort of acetaldehyde but sweet and swampy.

Looks a bit off, too yeasty and dull, messes with a nice amber colour. Not a whole lot of aroma. A bit sweet, a bit smoky, but kind of bland, too. Like when gringos try to make Mexican food.

On tap at VCBW2019. Smells of good sweet grains, has a cloudy yellow body with foam gone too quick. Flavour is nice dry grain. Mouthfeel is crisp and dry. A nice saison.
