1/11/2024. Draft at California Kitchen & Craft Pub, Seoul. Pours very dark brown with a lasting creamy tan coloured head. Good pour. Aroma is coffee, caramel, vanilla, dark fruits, mellow roasted notes. Taste is moderately sweet and roasted bitter, with some sour berries. Moderate body, quite smooth, soft carbonation. Not so sure on the sourness.

19/10/2024. Can bought at Hugus Beer Pub, Busan. Pours clear bright dark amber with a small frothy off-white head. Good looking beer. Aroma is fruity, malty, citrus, dried fruits, caramel, brown bread, hints of ripe banana. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness, slight tart edge. Medium body, smooth, soft carbonation. Good ESB action.

Draught at the brewpub, Seoul. Lightly cloudy, copper to brown colored. AROMA- strongly star anise, cinnamon, my father's sour cherry liqueur, licorice. FLAVOR- pleasantly sweet, lightly bitter, warming, the same as aroma, dark grapes. Fuller to full bodied. Great!

Draught at the brewpub, Seoul. Black, opaque. AROMA- dark chocolate, raspberry, raspberry pralines. FLAVOR- quite sweet, lightly bitter, dark chocolate, raspberry, vanilla. Full bodied. Chocolate cake with raspberries. Really good.

Draught at the brewpub, Seoul. A bit cloudy, dark red to black colored. AROMA- roasted, chocolate, candies, coffee, caramel. FLAVOR- smooth, lightly sweet, lightly bitter, roasted, coffee, chocolate, elderberries. Medium bodied. Very good.

Draught at the brewpub, Seoul. Hazy, gold colored. AROMA- juicy, tropical fruit, citrusy, floral. FLAVOR- moderately sweet, lightly bitter, juicy, citrusy, tropical fruit, lots of mango, kaki, a bit grassy. Medium bodied. Nice NEIPA.

Draught at the brewpub, Seoul. Almost clear, gold colored. AROMA- malty, noble hops. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, moderately bitter, malty, noble hops. Medium bodied. Nice lager.
