On tap at Town Square, pours a hazy bright reddish pink with a small pink-tinged head. Aroma is very earthy, with tons of beets upfront and dominating, with perhaps a bit of the bugs subtly discernible in back. Flavour is quite tart, with lots of earthy beets, some tart citrus, and some gentle wild yeast. Nice use of the beets. Not all that elegant or complex but it's pretty tasty and unique.

On tap at Town Square, pours a flat golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out bitter piney hops upfront, with a crisp biscuity malt backbone. Flavour is floral and soapy, with bittering piney hops, soapy notes, and biscuity malt. Sharp and astringent, with too much floral character. Not a great IPA.

On tap at Town Square, pours a hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is very yogurty, with tons of lacto upfront, followed by gentle tart citrus, and bittering hops. Flavour is much the same, with some bugs, lacto, tart citrus, and gently bittering hops. Sounds like a bad idea on paper, but this is pretty decent.

473ml can. Pours a clear copper with a medium, frothy, long lasting, beige head that leaves curtains of lace. Sweet aroma of bready caramel malt, earth and light apple. Sweet flavour of toasted caramel malt, biscuit and apple in a crisp, dry, mild bitter, herbal hop finish. Light to medium body with a smooth, almost creamy texture and average carbonation. Malt forward and easy to drink.

very turbid white color with a touch of amber. Really nice tart nose with mangoes and citrus. For some reason it reminds me of tropical bubblegum. Fairly tart, low carbonation smooth. Like a mango smoothie.

fiery amber brown color. Smoked cheese and cherry in the nose. Malty mouth with big smoked cheese and meat notes, but malt backbone

473ml can. Pours a hazy gold-yellow with a small, foamy, long lasting, off-white head that laces. Aroma of grainy rye malt, ginger and lemon. Sweet flavour of bready rye malt, lemon, subtle ginger and grass in a dry, sour finish. Medium body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Tasty and refreshing.
