750mL bottle at Creek & Gully, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out a great barnyard funk, crisp apple skins, champagne-like effervescence, and wild yeast. Flavour is bright and funky, with lots of barnyard funk, champagne-like effervescence, and wild yeast. Assertive and crisp, with a great funk. Excellent.

Pours a modest light clear gold with no foam. The aroma is dry yet wet apples, lots of skin and tannins, but still coming across with some modest earthiness. Flavour is bitter apple, soft wood notes. Very bone dry finish, like sucking on a twig. I like that. A smart cider, intelligently blended, good bitterness which is a nice change from some of the sugar bombs that I find around BC.

Okay gone too fast foam and a nice cloudy yellowy green body. Smells softly of green apple with low sweetness, nothing else though. Flavour is bright apple with some tartness, not sugary, almost vinegary. Mouthfeel is nice and acidity works well. Smart and well balanced.

Pours a nice foggy off yellow with good initial bubbles and strong natural carbonation. Smells of tannins, pineapple, dried apple, slight pastry hints. Flavour is subtle chmpagne and sweet apple, leaning towards more sugar. Full mouthfeel, good tingling. Well rounded and nice to drink, competently made.

Bottle. Cloudy and very pale yellow. Some tannins and sulphur on the nose, with a mellow apple notes. The same sort of sulphur and eating apple on the palate.
