Good sweet aroma, barley and sugary coffee. Has dark brown body with vague foam. Flavour is good sweet barley but it's heavy on the sugar, and the aftertaste is all cloying sugar. It's a heavy handed sweet stout.

Smells of sweet armpit, candied hops. Has clearish gold body with little foam. Flavour is good bright candy hops, okay oiliness. Nothing too exciting but a drinkable IPA.

The aroma is soft malt, some okay sharp hops, has cloudy orange body with soft foam. Flavour is okay medium hops and nothing else, mouthfeel is full with modest carbonation. Drinkable.

Very little foam, heavy carbonation, semi cloudy orange body. The aroma is heavy hay funk, burlap, big brett yeast. Flavour is nice brett yeast, citrus notes, sour malts. A little thin on the mouth and the carbonation doesn't come through. Still, some nice things going on here.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is rather muddled, with some funky wild yeast and some muddled neutral oak. Flavour is majorly wrong, with a heap of phenols coating the palate - wow is that a lot of rubber. Tastes like an army of chemicals destroying my palate. These guys have no clue what they're doing. Awful.

750ml at Matt's amenity room. Appearance: hazy straw with a white head. Aroma: farts and medicine. Taste: along the same lines with peat notes. Overall: t e r r i b l e.

Pale gold, just a slight haze, thin head. The aroma has some honey, maybe a touch of pedio, Wow, so big phenols. Just rubber, tires, a touch tart. I mean, you can sort of drink it, but it's not that good. Wild ferment is a crap shoot at the best of times. Blend it. Fruit it.

Murky, ugly looking. Toasty barrel and light brett. Tannins. Lots of those. Off-dry, bit murky tasting, and the tannins create a fair bit of clashiness.
