5.6/10 Appearance 6 Aroma 6 Flavor 6 Texture 4 Overall 5.5
On tap at Callister, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out subdued piney hops, with a little citrus. Flavour brings out citrus bitterness upfront and a toasted biscuity malt backbone. Rather citric and bitterness-heavy without much depth or hoppy flavour. Not overly convincing. Okay.

Draught at Callister, Vancouver
Cloudy pale blond color, at least it’s not murky, thanks for that! Fresh aroma, citrus fruit with a mild dank touch. The mouthfeel is rather dry, the malt profile is light, with a mild crisp character; correct bitterness level, nice citrus oils, slightly more bitter in the final. Good balance in this beer, very nice.

6.9/10 Appearance 8 Aroma 7 Flavor 7 Texture 6 Overall 6.5
On tap at Callister, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of dank and juicy hops, with a dry toasted biscuity malt base. Flavour is potent, with lots of dank hops, light-medium juiciness, and a pleasantly aggressive bitterness on the finish. Nicely constructed and true to style, but not wholly convincing or deep. Still, quite good.

Draught at the brewery
Cloudy red color. Very light aroma of vanilla and fruit jam. Soft mouthfeel, light residual sweetness, accentuated by the lack of bitterness, mild flavor of wheat bread and berry, with soft tannins in the final.
Nothing bad, but what’s the point of this beer?

On tap at Callister, pours an opaque cloudy pinkish amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out faded blackberry notes and a touch of pillowy wheat. Flavour is fresh, with lots of fresh fruity notes from the blackberries and soft wheat. Faded but easy to drink. Decent.

Draft - Light Berry and some grains. Cloudy reddis with a rich white head. Much like it smells. Berry isn’t too forward, but maybe a bit too subtle.

Draught at Callister, Vancouver
Blond color, hazy. Soapy Saison, with evident esters, no spices, and no true Belgian character; it has tiny vegetables notes. At least it’s just moderately sweet. Low bitterness.
Clean, but not particularly appetizing.
