Can sampled at BC Cider Fest 2023, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma is dull, with earthy apples and some apple core. Flavour is medium sweet, with light apple skins, earthiness and a medium sweet finish. Totally ordinary and lacking pizzazz. Useless.

Pours a very light yellow with heavy carbonation, foam's gone very quickly. The aroma is dry and musty apple, soft earthiness, some apple sweetness. Flavour is a dry apple, bitter skin, tannins on the back end. Full and dry finish. It's not bad, a departure from the usual sugary ciders but still has a ways to go.

Pretty basic eating apple cider. Can be hard to tell these apart honestly, these producers making cider with leftover eating apples. Just not my kind of cider.
