355ml can. Pours a slightly hazy copper with a medium, foamy, long lasting, off-white head that laces. Sweet aroma of bready caramel malt, honey, orange rind, floral and light piney hops. Sweet flavour of grainy caramel malt, biscuit, orange peel, honey and light piney hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Would have liked more hops, but it is easy to drink.

Had some sort of guava beer from Half Hitch up at Tin Dogs Crowsnest. Same beer? Not sure. Was creamy with a light, but quite sweet.

Soft and fruity, light herbals, fairly sweet though. Definitely could do with more hop brightness.

Dark brown. Soft toffee, woody hop bitterness. Good complexity, my favourite here.

Bright red-amber colour. Nice colour, needs head. Not much head on this pour. Sweet, caramel with a bit of toasty malt. Decent for what it is.

Gold, bright, just a thin head. Mild nose. Biscuity malt and subtle English hops (or English-derived). It’s actually solid but you don’t see a pale this mild much anymore.

473ml can. Pours a clear amber with a medium, foamy, long lasting, white head that laces. Mild aroma of bready wheat malt and generic berries. Sweet flavour of bready wheat malt, tart raspberry, light blueberry and spicy hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. A pretty simple, easy to drink Fruit Ale.

473ml can. (6.0% ABV) Pours a slightly hazy gold-amber with a medium, creamy, long lasting, off-white head that laces. Aroma of caramel malt, Belgian yeast, clove, coriander, smoke and floral hops. Semi-sweet flavour of caramel malt, orange peel, Belgian yeast, clove, coriander, smoke, earth and floral hops in a dry, spicy black pepper finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Very nice, the smoked malts add complexity.

On tap. Pours a clear red-amber with a medium, foamy, long lasting, beige head that laces. Mild aroma of bready caramel malt, toffee, nuts and leafy green hops. Sweet flavour of toasted bready malt, caramel, toffee, biscuit, earth and apple in a dry, bitter, leafy green hop finish. Light to medium body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Not bad.
