This wheat beer poured a hazy deep yellow colour with a creamy, bright white head. Nice lacing. Scents include passion fruit, sweet malts and a tiny bit of BO. First swig was quite lively in the flavour dept.Tastes of fruit, sour candy and hops. This is probably the most sour wheat beer I’ve ever had. I’m surprised it’s not a sour by the flavour. Finish is lightly bitter with passion fruit juice flavours lingering.

This cream ale poured a clear, light yellow colour with a creamy, bright white head. Nice lacing. Initial bouquet thin and disappointing. Scents of corn, thin malt and honey. First swig was very thin, not terrible, just not anything special. Flavours of light malts, corn and a little dough, the finish is weak. Sorry guys, you can do better.

This IPA poured a cloudy, medium amber colour with a creamy, off white head. Nice lacing. Scents include fruit juice, dough and light floral hop. First swig was very flavourful. Slightly sweet. Tastes of hops, hops and more hops. Light malt, a little coconut and hops. Finish is quite acidic with hoppy bitterness that’s too much for me.
