Pale, touch of yellow. Quite appley on the nose, with a touch of apple, and a fair bit of malolactic. Good cider

Very dull pale colour. On the nose, a touch of apple but also pedio. Not great...- bit of sweetness but also it gets fairly tart in the finish. This didn’t resonate with me for whatever reason.

Draft - Funky cooked Apple. Clear gold with a small white head. Acidic and a bit of nail polish Apple notes. Bone dry and I wouldn’t be able to tell the difference between apple and pear here.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out earthy notes, with some manure. Flavour brings out manure, farmhouse yeast, and earthy notes. Too much manure, with a farmhouse finish. It's okay.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is very dry, with bone dry apples, a little acidity, and some farmhouse notes. Flavour is bone dry, with lots of bone dry apples, light funk, and gentle acidity. Bone dry and with good depth. Very good.

Deep gold. Spicy apple nose. On the palate, a lot more alcohol than I’d prefer. It is a bit dry, and just a touch of apple, but there’s no complexity to justify my investment in this boozy, untidy effort.

On tap at Callister, pours a clear blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out medium sweetness, dry green apples and a touch of crispness. Flavour is similar, with medium sweetness, dry green apples, and a nice crispness. Well-designed, but pretty standard.

Draught at Callister, Vancouver
Blond color, clean. Mild aroma, something like white wine during fermentation. Not semi dry, this is very dry; no remarkable cider character; fermented too much, so it also produced some off flavors, plastic, various chemical compounds.
This is 5 cents worth of apple juice sold for $ 2,50, and not even good.
Not pleasant.
