On tap at Parallel 49, pours a cloudy orange amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out vinous notes, lots of brett and a touch of citrus. Flavour is along the same lines, with a nice balance of saison yeast, brett and wine barrels. Nice use of the barrels and certainly a good use of the wild yeast. Very good.

Dark brown colour with small compact beige head. Mild aroma of grainy hops, orange peel. Roasted malt flavour, a bit ashy, with orangey and resiny hops. Light earthy character.
It's dark, roasty and hoppy, but not the best Black IPA. Ok beer.

Cloudy light amber colour. A bit vinous, a bit sour, a bit dough-y, rinsing water, soap, some astringency in the final.
This one is a miss, it's not going anywhere, just chaos.

Medium brown. Dull colour. Slight haze. Bubbly head. Not good. Both slick and bland. So like, diacetyl and friends infecting a beer that wasn't going anywhere anyway? Not 100% sure, but this is a no.

Hazy, light amber. No head. Strong kettle sour aroma, and the sour fermentation is a bit off, really yoghurty. Just a touch of cascara.

As Hopfull Aspirations (sic). Hazy, thin head. Has a cryo-ish nose, some papayaish stuff. Mellow palate, light bitterness, not bad. Maybe a bit of grapefruit.

Amber and bright. Thin head. Light fruit on the nose, but with some plasticy stuff as well. Mellow tartness, some sugary/syrupy fruit notes. OK, so a practice beer - a plain kettle sour with syrup.

Hazy, with a medium head. Nice fruity nose with soft pale malts, moderate bitterness, a creamy mouthfeel and subtropical fruits.

Murky blond colour. The hop has a good juicy character, aroma and flavour, sweet orange juice, touch of tropical citrus; the mouthfeel is moderately chalky, low bitterness. It drinks like an IPA, although the body is weaker, in the finish.
Quite good.
