Aroma is big medicinal ginger on the nose, I can't find the peach. Has a darker gold with no head. Flavour is pine sol and linoleum stripper, harsh herbal spiciness. Medium on the mouth, whatever I can taste after sipping this. This is a bold and unsuccessful experiment.

On tap at Callister, pours an opaque cloudy milky yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out plenty of yeast, along with some dankness, and biscuity malt. Flavour is quite floury, with dank hops, plenty of yeast soup, and bready malt. Creamy, yeasty mouthfeel. Pretty amateur, and overall, just too yeasty.

On tap at Callister, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma doesn't contain much, just a bit of biscuity malt and cereal maltiness. Flavour is similar, with toasted biscuity malt and some cereal maltiness. Clean enough at least, but nothing interesting.

Red colour, hazy. Dry, quite weak, moderately acidic, with moderate raspberry presence. The aroma is very mild.

Draught and cask at Callister, Vancouver
By mistake I got both the keg and cask pour. Cloudy golden colour with no head. Uninviting smell of yeast and white sugar. Both glasses are undercarbonated, the flavour is filthy, very yeasty; the keg has a bit more of acidic fruit, the cask not even that.
Very unprofessional beer.
