Pretty basic stuff. More like an ESB than an IPA. A hint of lime and lots of malt. Bottle from bar in Las Palmas.

Solid hoppy red ale. Citrus and some pine with steady malt backbone. Better than many of the so-called IPAs I've had in Spain recently. Clear ambet pour with decent head. Light bitter finish. Bottle that i dropped and foamed up in my backpack. Had to sip a few leftover in the bottle.

About as bad as you would expect it to be. Golden pour. Paper and piss. Had a can of this in a small town in Gran Canary after a capoeira Roda.

330 ml bottle, as Caraperro Indian Pale Ale, from El Corte Inglés, Santa Cruz de Tenerife. ABV is 5.7%, IBU 31. Clear golden colour, small white head. Sweetish aroma of caramel and malts. The flavour is mid between sweet and dry, with malts and caramel, fruity hints, moderate bittering hops in the finish. Drinkable, but not much of an IPA. .

Bottle, seven months before bbd. Pours slightly hazy golden, with a finger thick creamy head. Moderate and mellow aroma with caramel malts, and a whiff of spicy hops. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is hops with spicy orange peel, and malts with cereals, caramel, minerals and some butterscotch.

Can shared in Hackney - thanks to Scopey. Pours mostly clear, very pale yellow with a thin, creamy white head. Nice zesty lemon in the nose. Light-medium sweet flavour with nice lemonade character, a little white sugar, subtle lemony tang. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Fairly clean finish, more sweet and lightly tangy lemon. Exceptional. Sincere? Yes!

Can shared at LKS. It pours cloudy hazy lemon - beige with a medium white head. The aroma is fresh, bright, tangy lemon, lemonade and sour candy. The taste is soft, sweet, tart, tangy, bright, cloudy lemonade and a touch of candy. Light body and moderate carbonation. Pretty refreshing stuff. A grade A Radler.

330 ml bottle, as Caraperro Yakima Red Ale, from El Corte Ingles, Santa Cruz de Tenerife. ABV is 5.7%. Hops are Amarillo, Cascade and Chinook from Yakima Valley. Deep golden to amber colour, moderate white head. Malty aroma, not much hops. Malty flavour too, hints of caramel but not really sweet, some bittering hops, but surprisingly little fruitiness / aromatic hops. Hardly a beer I'd buy again.
