Hazy and pale amber. Toasty cascade hop nose…this hop used to be so cutting edge! Medium bitterness, malts okay, a bit gloppy, and lots of cascade.

Dull haze, amber, just a thin head. Tart, the caramel from the malts is subtle but provides most of the nuance. Straightforward amber sour.

Peated pear sour. Opaque, pale amber, medium head. Aroma is all over the place with pear, and a smoke that leans into burnt electric wire…wrong kind of phenols here.

Draft pour pint enjoyed at Hop and Hound. Glowing, dense juicy orange pour with a thin film head. Some mango like tropical vharacter on the aroma. Inviting, and fresh feel. Flavor is balanced well with grassy hops, tropical notes, and a slightly nutty grain. Hazy appearance with more of a west coast palate in my opinion. Bold malt flavors, but as I said, balanced well. Always a more bold, grassy hop character with these Idaho 7 brews I have slightly noticed. Plenty going on with this brew. An appropriate amount of bitter bite to counter on this hazy. Enjoyed this brew.

Hazy blond colour. Interesting aroma, apricot, ass, biscuit. Dry, with light acidity, strong stone fruit flavour, a bit of spicy yeast, but also falling flat in the finish.
Good.

Cloudy gold with a small white head. Nice stone fruit. Stone fruit, light tartness and a long finish.

750ml (thx, Sean J.!) at Sales Force. Appearance: hazy blonde with a weak white head. Aroma: funky, oak, lots of stone fruits. Taste: quite dry, oaky, crispy. Overall: pretty good.

750mL bottle, pous a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with lots of bugs, a little funk, and plenty of plums. Flavour is full of wild yeast, gentle tart plums, and a little oak. Not the most pronounced flavour profile; rather muted really. Pleasant stuff overall.
