On tap at Aslan Depot, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp apple skins and moderate sweetness. Flavour is fairly crisp, with crisp apple skins, gentle wild yeast, and a hint of residual sweetness. Nothing all that complex, but it's crisp and drinkable. Decent.

12 oz can picked up at Hop and Hound. Really refreshing taste here that's balanced well between fresh apple and juicy pineapple. Very soft margarita notes here. This is in no way boozy. Cool, refreshing juicy finish. A nice, more out of the ordinary cider here. Quite enjoyable.

355ml can from the local Trader Joes, Seattle U-District. Drunk on our Airbnb patio overlooking Portland. Pours clear pale golden yellow. Aroma presents moderately sweet medium apple fruit. Taste is fairly clean, accessible medium dry with light tannin. Expected a little more tannic bite from the crab apples, but there's nice fruity moments from the desert apples. Not too sweet.

Draft - Semi sweet apple. Pale clear gold. Tannic and dry with a touch of apple. Simple but nice and dry.

On tap at Bellingham Cider Company, pours a clear pale blonde. Aroma brings out crisp apple skins, not much else to speak of. Flavour is along the same lines, with gentle apple skins, some herbal notes, and grassy notes. A bit too vegetal. Meh.
