Appearance: Yellow golden, hazy. Huge amount of creamy, white head. Sediments at bottom of bottle.
Aroma: Light fruits, citrus, light smoke.
Taste: Herbal, light tartness, tea. Some smoke. Not that sour/tart, which for me is a plus. Almost like a Lichtenhainer.

0,33l bottle at home courtesy of Damian, big thanks. Bottled 11.05.2017. BB 11.05.2018. (so a couple days after bb). black color, rather big tan head. smells nutty, earthy, tobacco, light marzipan, light sweetness. nice smell. full body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes earthy, tobacco, some sweetness, pepperish, some sweet spices. finishes lightly sweet with notes of tobacco, earth and some spices. Still nice but definitly past its prime. Would love to try this fresh.

BB 03.01.2019. amber cloudy color, almost no head. smells of wood, nutty, coconut, marzipan, grassy, earthy, lovely smell, very barrel forward. full body, hints of carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of wood, nutty, light coconut, earthy, light vinegar, red wine notes, bit peppery, grassy, lightly citric. finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of wood, citrus and some nutty notes. very nice one, almost a bit clean, and taste fades away a bit towards the finish. but very nice complexity and still very good to drink. very nice barrel notes. lovely stuff.

Bottle shared in Hackney - cheers to Tipple. Pours deep brown with a frothy, beige head. Great aroma, big peat, roast, cocoa. Medium sweet flavour, with notes of ash, bitter cocoa, torched meat, loads more peat. Medium to full bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Great balance to finish, rich chocolate, cake, peat, smoke. Outstanding.

Bottle thanks to Tipple. It pours deep dark brown - black with a medium light tan head. The aroma is rich roasted malt, peat reek, medicinal, vanilla, oak, rocky road and cocoa. The taste is dry, bitter, rich roasted malt, tangy dark fruits, toasty, wood, smoked action, peat, bit of spice, cranberry and some alcohol warmth with a woody and medicinal finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Works rather well.

Bottle thanks to Tipple. It pours lightly hazy pale green - yellow with a small white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, stone fruits, musty, sherbet, lactic and toasty grain. The taste is crisp, dry, bit mouth - pucker, sherbet, gooseberry, peach, toasty grain, acidic and lemon juice with a drying finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Not bad.

Bottle shared in Hackney - cheers to tipple. Pours hazy white-yellow with a thin, white foam head. Tasty stuff, some tart peach, white grape gummies, mellow acidity. Light to medium bodied with spritzy carbonation. Tart, quenching finish, some further peach, gummies. Fun.
