12Fl Oz can: Canned on 13th October 2021. Drank in Orange County, California on 14th December 2021. Clean and clear light golden blonde body, white topping. Millet & Buckwheat used in the brew according to the labelling on the can, I certainly couldn't tell from the aroma or taste (not too sure what I was expecting to be honest). Anyway this does have a slight grainy front to it's aroma and taste; floral and herbal traces maybe, lightly hopped for sure.

12 oz can to glass at BRGR in Prairie Village, Kansas. The pour is a hazed yellow gold with a minimal white head. The aroma is grapefruit, tart, mild hint of Brett and not much else. The taste is very grapefruit juice, tart bitter, hint of floral to the back and the mild leather Brett is in the finish. The palate is light bodied with active carbonation and soft grapefruit peel bitterness. The Brett clears as the beer opens up and warms.
