Can from Canada Craft Club January 2024 shipment. Crystal clear pale gold with a small short lived white head leaving minimal lace. Nose is light grains and grass and a hint of pepper. Light+ malt sweetness with a light grassy bitterness and a touch of lemon and spice in the crisp finish. Mouth is slightly thin with soft carbonation and a crisp. 6-/2+/5/3/11+

16oz shared with George @ Green Point campground sitting on the 🪵 on the 🪨 on the ⛱️ enjoying the 🌞 leftover. Appearance: almost black with a beige head. Aroma: bourbon, dark fruits, roasted malts, some molasses. Taste: along the same lines, quite dry. Overall: not sure why Brut Imperial Stout should even exist as a thing as it contradicts the main characteristics of the style.

Sweet fruity flavour of bready wheat malt, orange, apricot, mango, cantaloupe, earthy yeast and piney hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Medium body with a soft, oily texture and average carbonation. Juicy and enjoyable.

Sweet fruity flavour of bready pale malt, orange, mango, cantaloupe, peach, apricot, pineapple, earthy yeast and piney hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Medium body with a smooth, oily texture and soft carbonation. Juicy and ABV is well hidden.
