Description
My favorite pastime has always been sharing good times with family and friends over beers. It’s these enduring moments shared over a pint at a pub, or beers around the campfire that make and keep relationships with the ones we love. It’s that sentiment that informs the beer we brew.
We make easy drinking beers that bring folks together. Our proper German-style beers and NW ales are crafted to comfort people around their shared activities and we couldn’t be happier to have a spot at the table.
Please stop by Washougal and say hello if you get a chance, I’d be happy to sit down and have a pint with you. Cheers and see you soon!

Grunt fill from Albertsons. Finally a true to style kölsch beer from the States. Pale yellow with high, frothy head.Head subsides somewhat but enough remains to provide a nice cap to the beer. Fine, lively carbonation. Grainy, bready nose. taste brings a hint of lemon zest with some minor sweetness, light maltiness, biscuits. Very small hops snap at the finish. Pretty tasty and light in feel.

On Tap slightly hazy deep golden. Thin soapy off white head and lacing. Standard light pale malt aromas. Modest hop flavors, a little papery. Just OK

Interesting beer. On tap at Wayfinder. Pours a clear copper color with a medium white head. A big sweet malty caramel nose. Big spices, cloves, some pine, fruity hops. Very interesting one. Unusual for a Golden Ale.

On tap at HAF 16. Pours a copper color with a medium white head. A sour fruity vinous nose. Funky, red wine, oak, a bit lively and perhaps tart or even sour. Quite nice. Not a ton of brett.

Sample at The Bier Stein. Dark amber-orange color with a medium off-white head that diminishes steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of oak, malt and hops. Medium body with flavors of tequila, caramel malt, and earthy hops. The finish is moderately boozy with a tequila and malt aftertaste. Decent overall.
