Draught at the brewery
Cloudy dull amber color with persistent head. Mild citrusy aroma. The flavour is very peppery (white pepper), the base is moderately sweet, malt is not prominent, hop is not promiment, there is some grapefruit in the end. A bit dirty. Not too bad, but it's not one of my favourite beers.

Dark color, near black. Very nice arom aof toasted malts, gourmet coffee, estery. Smooth mouthfeel, light residual sweetness; excellent toasted malt flavour, gourmet coffee, dark chocolate; I wouldn't think of orange if I didn't know it, and this is a sign of elegance.
The best beer on tap tonight, by far; intriguing and elegant.

Clean golden color. Resiny hops (mild) with some toffee malt base (mild); this is a timid West Coast IPA. Not bad.

Draught at the brewery
Dark amber color, hazy. Brown colour. Dark malts, more prominent in the aroma, mellower in the flavour, with a rather weak finish, and moderate sweetness.
A bit boring, but not bad.

Draught at the brewery
Hazy golden color. Light esters, light corn aroma. Lean mouthfeel, the alcohol is too evident for this gravity, maybe not much experience with Lager brewing; indeed, it hardly tastes like a Lager; strong flavor of bread, a bit stale; the mouthfeel is quite oily.
Not a good example of Heller Bock.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 4 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 3.5

Draught at the brewery
Blond color, clean. Huge smell of butter. Lean body, moderately sweet, light bready malts, but not much quality overall, light acidity, and rather evident butter; burning alcohol in the end.
Infected.

Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 4.5

Draught at the brewery
Light amber color, clean. Grainy aroma, sweet, maybe a bit fruity. A bit sweet, some caramel, grains, a bit footy; missing a true ESB character here; and with some cheese.
Not a disaster, but something is wrong here.

Hazy, thin head. Light grape fruit and a hint of butter on the nose. So butter and a whack of grapefruit zest.

"Dona Amber" Golden-amber, thick head. Light caramel, ok, balanced amber. You know idea how happy I was to find a normal, boring amber ale amid my samples.
