Bottle 0.75l, one year aged. Almost clear, deep gold colored. AROMA- apple, pale grapes, flowery, pale honey, pear, malt, vanilla, camomile. FLAVOR- lightly honey sweet, moderately herbal bitter, strongly camomile, toffee, grapes, pear, apple. Fuller to full bodied.

Bottle 0.75l from our archive, more than three years aged. Almost clear, orange colored. AROMA- nice aged character, wooden barrel, pale grapes, pears. FLAVOR- thick, moderately sweet, lightly sour, moderately bitter, fruity and aged again. Full bodied.

Tap at Dva Kohouti. Pretty classic lager, but really well done. Med body, med-high carbo. Medium bitterness, light sweetness. Moderate breasy maltiness, a bit honeyish. Medium grassy herbal hops character, slightly flowery andhints of fruity character. Very easy drinking, very good.

750ml bottle. Jet black colour with average, dense, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Roasty, minimally bready, dark malty aroma, notes of pumpernickel, hints of coffee grounds, whiffs of malt lozenge. Taste is roasty, minimally ashy and minimally bready, dark malty with low residual sweetness, slightly bitter and piney hoppy counterpart, hints of pumpernickel, Belgian chocolate, a touch of malt lozenge, coffee grounds, pine.
Slightly creamy texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, dense, creamy, mildly prickly carbonation.
Well crafted, relatively meaty, balanced and harmonious - good.

Bottle at Maly pivo. Rather thin and low in carbo. Lots of coffee in this one, pleasant cold brew character, clean. Once again rather light on fruits, similar to Rooibos that we had just before this. There is light fruitiness here, but coffee dominating. Otherwise quite clean pverall, not only coffee-wise, with medium sweetness, med-light sour and bitter ness. A bit watery feeling, but overall good.

13.4.2025. Bottle at Maly pivo. Lots of roiboos, background fruits, pretty surprising that it got it pinkish-reddish colour while not getting any substantial berry flavour. Medium sourness, sweetness and teaish bitterness. Overall drinkable, tasty, even if not the most balanced in terms of special ingredients.
19.1.2026. Tap at Dva kohouti (pic). Med-full bod, med-light carbo. Med sour, med-light sweet and bitter. Medium rooibos top of flavour, med-light berry fruitiness beneath. Not much more present, but kinda works together. Niceish. Numbers more or less the same.

Big boi bottle shared at home. Pours opaque golden with white head. Nose is light noble hops, hay and grainy malts. Taste is nicely balanced bittersweet, showing notes of grassy noble hops and sweetish bready and hay malts. Perfectly balanced and rounded and super crushable. Noice.

Tap at Brustok 2025, brand new it seems - more info about it should come up a bit later. Hazy yellow body, white head. NZ herbal touches without NZ hops, fun. Peachy and perfumey otherwise. Lean, dry taste, bit grainy-malty, light citric and peachy notes, vague mango, some herb and resin, trace pain, nice, dry, crisp body. Not the most exciting ever, but well executed and fun!

Bottle 0.75l, more than one year aged. Cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- really žemlovka or štrůdl - apple and cinnamon, pear, apricot, sour tones. FLAVOR- smooth, lightly sweet, moderately sour, slightly bitter, nice developed sour tones, apricots, lightly apple and pear, cinnamon. Medium to fuller bodied.
