On tap at Original Joe’s in Calgary. Pours a crystal clear gold yellow with a small, foamy, short lived, white head that laces. Faint aroma of grainy pale malt and floral hops. Sweet flavour of grainy pale malt, lemon and grassy hops in a crisp, dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with a thin, watery texture and average carbonation. Clean, refreshing and crushable. Not bad as far as ultra light lagers go.

On tap at Prairie Sun, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma reveals the usual orange peel and coriander, with gentle floral undertones. Flavour is soft and wheaty, with coriander spice galore, a little orange peel, and wheaty notes. Clean and easy. Pleasant.

This beer is always astringent, thin body, I've been drinking it for a couple years and it never improves, but it's consistently the same.

This is definitely Churchill's best brewed beer to style. It's quite clean and easy to drink. Sweet and made for the masses, and it should work.

Pretty light on flavours. It's clear they've used a small amount of dark grains for colour, but haven't extracted a lot of the standard brown ale flavours. Fairly cleanly brewed though, better than their red.
