Super thick, muddy brown, no visibilty. Thick head. As opposed to the previous quad I just drank. There is a strong medicinal/herbal quality. A little green flavor. And not very Belgiany. It’s also not overly sweet or alcoholic. Vexing and surprising beer. I like the lack of esters and sweetness but the weird herbal character, I like it sometimes and not at other times.

On tap at Rooftop, pours a hazy bright golden amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out earthy coffee notes, almost like dirt, with toasted biscuity and light bitter hoppiness. Flavour expresses the earthy coffee notes upfront, with subdued floral hopping and toasted biscuity malt. Nothing special but respectfully constructed.

Draft pour pint at The Collective. Pours like juice. Peach orange color with almost no head. Wheat orange fruit aroma and flavor. So crushable. Has a fresh orange slices lingering palate. Cool finish. Found my beer mile beer. Delicious, and too easy to drink.

Sample at Brave Horse Tavern. Slightly hazy amber-golden color with a medium thin white head that diminishes steadily to a film. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of fruit, hops and coffee. Light to medium body with flavors of zesty citrus, grassy hops and roast coffee. The finish is hoppy with a mild coffee aftertaste. Above average overall.

Featured on nitro, as part of the Rooftop brewers night. Pours a dark ruby black with the typical nitro foam head. Near absent malt aroma. Flavor is creamy, sweet and bold at the same time, and an odd amount of bitterness for an oatmeal stout. Some.chocolate. Not bad, but a less memorable stout for me.

Draft pour at Rooftop brewers night at the Collective. Pours a near black with a thin fading head. Mild coffee.aroma. flavor is bold coffee roast, with a long cool finish. Little sweetness. More bold, which I like. Impressed with this one. Exceptional coffee porter.

Draft 7 oz pour at the Rooftop brewers night at the Collective. Pours a caramel brown color with zero head. Soft oak like aroma. Flavor is so far from what I expected. Very sweet up front. Malty throughout, soft plastic like haracter. Not much bourbon coming through, but definitely the oak. Get some of the heat late from the booze, but it is non existent on the flavor. Tastes flat to me. No carb, and a big sweetness that lingers forever. Thus beer is advertised to have good carbonation, and I got zero. The beer isn’t bad, but work is needed for sure.

Draft pour at the Collective as part of Rooftop brewers night. Cool to get beer from a brewery I’m interested in, and not have to take the trip to Seattle. Backyard wins on this one. Darker golden pour with a thin patchy head. Subtle coffee singled aroma. Flavor is coffee forward, which I always thinks works nicely in a lighter beer. Not getting much citrus as its advertised, but I don’t think it’s needed. The beer is good just the way it is. Enjoyable stuff.

Very refreshing IPA. Draft pour pint at the Collective as part of their brewers night. Pours a cloudy golden orange color with a soapy bubble head. Has a grainy flavor that hides in the background, but primarily a hippy orange fruit and citrus, with a cool finish. Tasty IPA.

Draft - Very sweet and fruity mango, cloudy gold with a rich white head. Vanilla and mango. Silly juicy and a touc of bitterness. Very nice.
