Sample (thanks omhper!). Hazy yellowish golden colour, small white foamy head. Aroma is grapefruits and some mild yuzu and some mild sweet malty tones. Flavour is grapefruits, some yuzu, some mild sweet malts, with some toasted tones with mild leathery tones.

--Canned. -- Almost clear deep golden, small head. Aroma of grapefruit and lychee. Mid sweet with light body and elastic, rounded mouthfeel. Winegums, lychee and grapefruit. Mid bitter finish. Concentrated and pleasant.

--Keg at Beer Animal Taproom, Chengdu. -- Black, mid sized head. Aroma of coconut and milk chocolate. Achingly sweet with full body and sticky, rounded mouthfeel. Coconut and artificial sweetener, milk chocolate. Warming finish with aggressive saccharine. Pastryish and lactose ridden AF.

--Keg at Hugo, Chengdu. -- Cloudy cherry red. Aroma of vanilla and strawberry jam. Very sweet with full body and rounded, sticky mouthfeel. Strawberry jam, syrup, saccharine and vanilla, slight underlying berry tartness. Cloying and sticky.

Can after coming home from Cebu. Purple hazy pour with dissipating white froth head. Aroma is metallic with farmy yeast with some fruity coffee. So so. Taste is similar, but less of everything, just a bit sharp. Fruity coffee and yeastiness. Not the best but also not that fresh. Wouldn’t get again. Cool can design.
