Located in Bend, Oregon on a stretch of street connecting downtown to the north end and adjacent to the Deschutes River, Riverbend Brewing Company brewed its first beer in September of 2013.
The brewery team operates a 10bbl brewing system manufactured by Mark’s Design and Metalworks out of Vancouver, Washington to craft a wide selection of flagship and rotating seasonal beer options.
Our beers can be found in select bars, growler fill stations, grocery stores and bottle shops. Kegs are available to purchase in 50 Liter or 1/6 barrel sizes directly from the brewery. Dock sale can be done during business hours Monday through Friday. Cash or check only please.

Bottle from Broken Top Bottle Shop. Clear, medium golden, sparse head. Mild aroma of malts and grain, some soapy, floral hops. Taste moved the hops forward, gentle bitterness, caramel. Overall feel is slick. Mellow IPA with an excellent feel.

Draft 10 oz pour at Hop and Hound, Bothell. Hazy, pale golden in color with a a surprisingly thick mousse foam head, for a pils. Hints of straw, in a modest aroma. Flavor is a quiet, but refreshing straw, some cracker. Good for a craft light like beer. I can be in the mood for this.

Draft pour pint at Beer Junction. A slightly hazy golden pour with a thick cream mousse head. Almost feels like a nitro pour. Had to check. It’s not. Aroma is a ridiculously sweet melon, citrus fruit. Flavor is creamy, and so sweet it.makes this IPA a sipper. Shocked me at first. A ton of fruit, sugary, peach, melon. So weird. Can’t recall an IPA this rich before. A malt bill that is sweet as well, and adds to what is already an overdoing. I love a peach beer, but I cannot get over how sweet this IPA is. Rough go.

Sample at the 29th Annual Oregon Brewers Festival on 07/30/2016. This beer is a hazy golden color with a medium white head that burns away steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Citrus, hops and malt in the nose. Medium body with flavors of grapefruit, herbal hops and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a citrusy aftertaste. Decent overall.

On tap at Growler Guys, pours a cloudy yellow with a gold tint and a small white head. Aroma brings out tangy tropical fruity hops and some resin. Flavour is very juicy, with loads of tropical fruits, oranges, and resinous hops. So juicy and drinkable. Wonderful stuff.

Draft - Wet grass and a touch of weedy notes. Clear yellow with a decent white head. Creamy malted grains and and some wet grass. Kinda nice, if you like grass.

Draft - Sweet pine and citrus. Muddy brown with a light brown head. Bright lemony hops and a light herbal note. I get no dark notes at all.

Draft - Some Roasty and toasted notes. Deep mahogany with a decent light brown head. Herbal, almost minty, chocolate and a bit of roast. A long chocolates finish.

Draft - Sweet pine and orange peel. Murky yellow orange with a rich white head. Pithy and light resin notes with a dry finish. Very light for an Imperial IPA. They may have served me the wrong beer.
