Bottle, 75cl corked, 2008 vintage. A clear, sparkling golden cider without head. The aroma has a cellary touch that suits it quite well, and of course there’s apples. The flavor has a little alcohol, but not more than it can take. Apples too of course, and a pleasant cellared touch. Dry and sparkling in the mouth. Lasting finish with apples and some alcohol. Maybe it shouldn’t be as alcholic as it is, but it’s a nice cider anyway. Dry, quenching and sparkling, guess it goes well with pork dishes. 110319

Bottle, 75cl corked. A quite fizzy cider, clear yellow body and a little rim of white bubbles. Very sulphury aroma in the start, but is soon replaced by apples and a hint of cellar. The flavor is quite sweet, with apples being the dominant flavor. Some cellar like notes. Sparkliing mouthfeel, medium body fullness. Sweet, apple finish with a hint of cellar. It doesn’t impress, but tastes quite nice anyway. Too fizzy for my likings. 110319
