Bottle. It’s clear, golden colored and with a little white head. Lots of apples in the aroma, some orchard too, slightly acetic. The flavor has vinegar notes but it is the apples that dominates. Some cellar notes kick in towards the end, which by the way has apples, vinegar notes and some hay. A quite nice cider, not hardcore in any way, but pleasant and tasteful. 110319

750 ml "champagne" bottle, vintage 2008, from Vinmonopolet (bestillingsutvalget). ABV is 7%. Pale yellow colour, pours very fizzy with a big white head that soon disappears. Typical aroma of oxidised cider apples and sulphites. The flavour is very dry and crisp, oxidided cider apples again, slightly astringent finish, moderate sulphites. Does not feel as strong as it actually is. Must be good with food.

750 ml "champagne bottle", as El Gaitero Sidra Extra, from Vinmonopolet, bestillingsutvalget. ABV is 4.8%. Crystal clear very pale yellow colour, pours very fizzy with a big white head that actually lasts a minute. Strong and a bit sharp aroma of sulphites and cider apples. The flavour is medium sweet, with clean notes of both cider apples and sweet eating apples. Just a hint of sulphites in the background. Easy drinking.

Bottle 750ml.Clear light yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, dry apple, wood. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light citrus apple acidic with a average duration, naturel apple, fresh. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20100904]

Bottle bought in a small spanish delicatesse shop in Esbjerg. Greenish yellow colour. Light but delicat apple aroma. Semi dry elegang apple flavor. Aerage finish. Watery palate.
