Bottle. Pale golden, fine carbonation. Apple vinegar, leather and light straw aroma. Apple - good balace of sweet to sour, barnyard, leather flavor, light fungus retronasal. Fresh sparkly body. Plenty of character and a nice change from the boring lagers. I cant believe they sell this at a gasstation.

Bottle 750ml. @ The Danish Summer Gathering, TFODRBSG11.Clear light yellow colour with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sweet apples, dry apple, wood notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20110820]

330 ml bottle. Pale golden body with a big white head that disappears immediately. Really nice and refreshing apple aroma with some light acidity, oak and a hint of cellar. Flavor is exactly as expected from aroma, refreshing acidic apple, oak and a tiny hunt of sulfur. Lively carbonation and relatively light body, that’s perfect in this case. A great thirst-quencher.
