Bottle shared. Clear deep amber, no head. Sugary apple, dry tannins, sour peach, light oxidized, cinnamon, tobacco, dry marmalade oxidized apple madness. Solid sweet, medium sour, light bitter. Full bodied. Nice.

N: funky, light brett, sour fermenting apples
P: quite sweet, faint vanilla, sweet and sour apples, slightly funky. Good, it only it were more dry and less sweet, would be more to my liking.

Bottled. Clear pale golden, spritzy head. Aroma of hay, cellared apples and mild funk. Dry with light to medium body and rounded mouthfeel, spritzy carbonation. Tart, cellared apples and barnyard. Mild apple skin bitterness. Complex, rustic and elegant at once.

Bottle 75 cl. Pours a clear golden with a short and fizzy, dissipating head. Dry, slightly tart apple aroma. Medium body, a good fizz, a discreet sweetness with balanced tannins and fresh apple/pear notes. Not exactly craft but so much better than most of the stuff that passes as cider these days. 020126

A pale golden pour with some sizable bubbles. Aroma is apple core, vinyl, sand, lettuce. Fizzy, somewhat dry, sticky and abrupt. Easy to drink at best.
