750ml wired cork bottle from Beers of Europe. Opened with a pop. Sparkling, golden colour, fizzy white foam head that dissipates to a thin layer and aroma of apple, sour fruit, fleshy, skin, alittle funk. Taste is sweet, fruity apple, some tartness, slight funk, juicy, acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, medium sweet acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is tartish, red apple, sweet fruits, some sugar, with alittle acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, medium drying finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle (as Sidra Natural, 7 %, but most likely this one). Golden colour, with not that much head. Aroma is sweetish but quite sharp and fresh green apples too with some nice wooden tones. Flavour is nicely dry sweetish tart apples with some mineral, almost a bit like a champagne, but not as rich carbonation. Long apple aftertaste and somewhat dry palate. Good sipper.

Bottle. Deep yellow colour with a tiny white head. Aroma is green apples, some fresh lemongrassy tones with mild sweet apples too. Flavour is green apples, some tartness, wood and mild minerals with some lemongrassy tones to it. Quite thin as for the mouthfeel.

Aroma of sour and tart apple, spanish cider style with some leather and funk too. Flavor is refreshing sour and tart apple, sweetened though, but you can still taste the very sour apple cider it is based from, some leathery and funky notes, but mostly clean and harmless after the sugar and blending. I miss the good old days when spanish cider was raw and tart as h*ll.. this is closer to european apple wine. fortunately it retains some of its raw and brutal origins.

75 cl. 4.1% alc. Traditional very sour and tart Spanish Cider aroma.not sure I can pick up the rose part, but it's a great aroma Refreshing fresh apple flavor with some underlying sourness. If I should guess, this tastes like a very sour and tart strong apple Cider blended with fresh apple juice

0,75 champagne bottle 5% ABV @ home. Clear, pale golden body under a minimalistic, fast disappearing white head. Mild, quite clean apple aroma, some acidity. Taste is mild, clean apple, sweet with some balancing acidity. Medium body average aftertaste. Nice and easy, uncomplicated refreshing cider.

Bottle. Appearance - deep cherry red and fairly clear. Short lived off white head. Nose - more apple than grape, initially. Then some Schoer. Taste - sweet red grape and juicy apple. Palate - light bodied, sweet then some fruit tannins and grape acid. Overall - ok.
