Bottle sample at RBVG 2018, cheers! Clear bright yellow color, tiny bubbles. Apple skin aroma. Taste is dry lightly earthy apple. Not bad

Bouteille 33cl, lot# L6/342. Dorée clair, col fin blanc retombant vite. Arôme au bouquet bien fruité de pommes vertes, pointe de fleuri le tout est assez généreux. Palais est crisp, pointe de pomme caramélisée, petite touche de fin rappelant la cannelle, semi-sec avec note acerbe sur la fin et un effet fleuri frais.

Tap at Holmcider. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is very horseblanket, earthy, leathery. Taste is apple skin, mineralic. Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. Tasty, super funky Cider!
