Opaque, hazy, no head. Mellow, stone fruit, grapey nectarines i can dig it. Wine barrel nectarine beer - not had one of those yet I don't think but it's good.

On tap at Elizabeth Station. Pours black with little head. Aromas of Roasted malts. Flavors of bitter black coffee and bitter roasted malts. Old school.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy copper orange with a white head that dissipates nearly completely. Aroma has tart nectarine and some tart red fruit, light oak and a hint of grains underlying. Flavor has sour nectarine, growing sour red fruit and a bit of oak backbone.

Bottle. Pours a clear copper with a white head that dissipates quickly and completely. Aroma has sour cherry with a hint of red wine barrel and a hint of sweet grains and biscuit underlying. Flavor combines sour strawberry and red wine barrel with a growing acid presence.

Enjoyed a pint on tap at Hop and Hound. Just tapped! Love a good fresh fresh hop. Nice sunset golden appearance with a mild haze and thin foam head. Nice grassy hop nose, pils like grain on the aroma as well. Well balanced hop and malt flavors here. Bold taste, but has a soft stone fruit side to it. I love sampling these single hop showcase brews. I've enjoyed the North Fork brews I've had. Almost entirely here at Hop and Hound. About time I go visit the source.

Dark brown, with a thick head. Smells sort thin and fruity, like it's been fermenting too much in the bottle maybe? Dark fruits, at least. On the palate it's got some acidity, but lots of dark raisiny, prunes and that sort of thing. The barrel character is in there, accenting that deep fruity malt character. To me, this would fit stylistically as an old ale, especially as it turns to dark fruit juiciness more than anything else. Not bad, but not a stellar flavour profile you can really get excited about - just a decent experiment that in all honesty might not be what they were aiming for.

On tap at Elizabeth Station, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with fresh cucumber skins, with a little citrus and lacto. Flavour is full of intense cucumber skins, citrus, and light lacto. That's some intense cucumber. Fun stuff.

Strong Scotch Ale, draft pint poured at Hop and Hound. 5.4% A little confused, but I'll go with it. Moderate rich caramel malt, bready background. Dark fruit hints. Full of malt flavor. Bold, some spice in the late linger. Interesting. Not bad.

Draft pour to a 13 oz tulip, beautiful presentation at the Hop and Hound. These guys always sneak awesome sours into the WA beer scene, and I fear that not enough people are aware. Clean and clear cherry red pour. Thin head, but fizzles. Aroma puts blueberry center stage. It's an inviting aroma that is sure to entice the sour enthusiast like myself. Taste features a clash of black and blue. A berry storm, very flavorful, and wonderfully tart. Really enjoyable sour here. Do you guys bottle these awesome sours? Can you ask questions through ratings?

On tap at Elizabeth Station, pours a hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out lots of earthy coffee upfront, with light lacto. Flavour is highly acidic, with a rotting fruit character, stale coffee and lacto. This does not work in any way whatsoever - unpleasantly sour and acidic, rotting, and stale. Poor.
