Draft - Lots of sweet caramel and some Woody notes. Clearish copper. Sweet caramel, some red berry sweetness with a touch of bitterness in the finish. Super well balanced and well done. Huge fan.

On tap at North Fork, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out wild yeast and white wine barrels upfront, followed by some Belgian yeast. Flavour brings out lots of wild yeast upfront, followed by lovely vinous notes. Quite complex and wonderfully integrated. Excellent.

On tap at North Fork, pours a bright red with a small white head. Aroma brings out a big lacto nose upfront, followed by subdued cherry. Flavour is big on the lacto, along with soapy cleaner notes and very subdued cherries. Dry, lactic and soapy finish. Okay.

On tap at North Fork, pours a hazy orange amber with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out lots of big caramel malts upfront, followed by a little toffee and some dark fruitiness. Flavour is robust and intense, with loads of caramel upfront, followed by dark fruits and just enough hop resins. Noticeable alcohol on this, but it's really well done. Sweet in the exact right way. Excellent.

On tap at North Fork, pours a clear orange amber with a small white head. Aroma is big on caramely bready malts. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of caramely bready malts upfront, followed by some hop resins and noticeable alcohol heat. Seems a little hot, but it's reasonably done. Solid.
