Left Coast Brewing Company is family owned and operated in the iconic surf side town of San Clemente, California. The independent brewery began its craft back in 2004. With a slew of 23+ awards under their belt, the brewery has grown to 11,000 barrels and counting.

Bottle from Bottle Baron. Black body with a thin beige head. Faint lacing. Aroma of plum, chocolate and raisin. Flavour of peppery spice and roasted malt. Medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. Rich and well balanced.

Keg at the bottle shop druid Street. A light hazed mid orange coloured pour with a Rocky white head. Aroma is nice cereal grains, hay, grassy citrus. Orange. Flavour is composed of raw grains, hay, raw grains, grassy citrus, vanilla,. Palate is soft grains, lowish moderate carbonation. Ok. Assertive grassy hop.

Flavour is composed of semi sweet, bready grains, harsh hop, grain husks, bitter pine resin, varnish. Palate is resinous, grainy, moderate carbonation. Harsh finish

Flavour is composed of mid Base malts, little grains, piney hop, bark, hot alcohol. Palate is rounded, resinous, moderate carbonation. Resinous hop. Punchy bitterness.

Palate is thick chewy, spicy leafy hop. Moderate carbonation. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, chewy, toffee, caramel, pine, resinous. Lingering piney resin.
