Left Coast Brewing Company is family owned and operated in the iconic surf side town of San Clemente, California. The independent brewery began its craft back in 2004. With a slew of 23+ awards under their belt, the brewery has grown to 11,000 barrels and counting.

Left Coast prides itself on its commitment to quality and constantly strives to find premium ingredients to achieve the perfect balance of aroma and flavor. The family and brewers that comprise Left Coast are passionate about the art and craft of brewing and seek to invent recipes that they not only love drinking but love sharing. Keg at the bottle shop druid Street. A light hazed mid orange coloured pour with a Rocky white head. Aroma is nice cereal grains, hay, grassy citrus. Orange. Flavour is composed of raw grains, hay, raw grains, grassy citrus, vanilla,. Palate is soft grains, lowish moderate carbonation. Ok. Assertive grassy hop.

Flavour is composed of semi sweet, bready grains, harsh hop, grain husks, bitter pine resin, varnish. Palate is resinous, grainy, moderate carbonation. Harsh finish

Flavour is composed of mid Base malts, little grains, piney hop, bark, hot alcohol. Palate is rounded, resinous, moderate carbonation. Resinous hop. Punchy bitterness.

Keg at bottle shop druid Street. A mostly clear golden orange coloured pour with a a fine white head. Aroma is chewy toffee, vanilla, pine, orange rind harsh solvent. Palate is thick chewy, spicy leafy hop. Moderate carbonation. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, chewy, toffee, caramel, pine, resinous. Lingering piney resin.

Bottle at Craigs. Pours deep brown, nose is chocolate, soy sauce, roasted, light coffee, taste is raisin, chocolate, soy sauce, roasted, light sweetness.
