Bottle thanks to Toby pours out pale straw color topped with a small fizzy head. Nose is nice big crisp sweet apples some spice. Taste is more of the nice sweet apples a touch of tart and a little spice.

On Tap at the downtown taproom. Al littel hazy, light golend/yellow. Faint quickly receding "cider" head. Nice use of the pepper here and it accentuates and does not dominate. Balanced well. Quite good.

On tap at the brewery pours out a crisp golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice tea notes apple and mint. Taste is more of the nice mint forward notes apple tea.

On tap at the Garden City brewery/taproom. Clear deep pink light purple. Big berry and plum flavor Rd and aromas. Decent sweetness and slightly tart as well. Very tasty

On Tap at the River Room Cloudy pale yellow. No head. Lightly tart cider with a hint of grapefruit and plenty of the rosemary herbal character. Refreshing and tasty.
