Bottle from Toby. Rosé colored pour, fine ring of bubbles. Aroma is berries, huckleberry. Taste is fruity, sweet and berries, nice apple backbone.

Bottle pours out pink red color topped with a small fizzy head. Nose is great big huckleberry notes and some apple. Taste is more of the nice sweet huckleberry forward notes a little apple. Wow this is great.

On tap at the ShadeCityBrewFest hazy golden orange with a brief coarse off white head. Standard apple cider aromas but a little light tea notes as well.

500ml bottle.from Boise Co-op. Pale golden pour, lightly cloudy, flat. Apple first in the aroma, light brown sugar and nutty notes. Taste is sweet, apple, with candied pecan accents Subtle but it works.

500ml bottle at share. Clear golden pour, relatively flat. Strong apple aroma with a hit of booze. Taste is more apples, plus the apple brandy flavors. Pretty strong but really drinkable.

Draft at Meriwether - Chinden. Clear golden pour, flat. Boozy aroma, apples and bourbon. Strong edge recalls Applejack, sweet, tart, light dryness. Seemingly perfect marriage of cider and bourbon. Deceptively potent.

500ml bottle from Boise Co-op. Hazy golden pour, near flat pour. Aroma is apples and cinnamon. Taste continues to he apple and cinnamon, and adds clove, allspice and nutmeg. Pretty standard arrangement of spices, works great with the apples.

Bottle from Bous Co-op. Ruby colored pour. Fruity aroma, grapes, currants. Taste starts with some mild tartness, then the rich, deep fruit flavors. Very tasty.
