On tap at the RiverRoom. Clear orange amber. No head and only a few traces of spotty lacing light toasted malts and some of the French yeasty notes. Heavy slick feel for a saison. A touch cidery

Draft at brewery. Murky orange amber, small soapy head, streaky lacing. Muted Saison aroma, yeast, floral, cheese, some if the wine barrel. Flavors pick up at first taste, more of the wine notes come forward, grains, yeast. Falls off again at the finish.

On tap pours out a hazy golden topped with white head. Nose is grapefruit citrus hops some crisp leaf hops. Taste is nice and bitter pithy grapefruit along with some pineapple on the end. Not a NE ipa but still pretty nice.

Bottle from Brewers Haven. Pours a deep, shimmering golden color… lots of bubbles and a thick finger of creamy white head. Soft aroma is sweet, lightly fruity. A little grain and grass, but relatively mild in smell. The taste is also rather mild, mostly sweet. Flavors of grain, grass, and a little fruity. Some lingering pithy bitterness in the end, but very minimal. Not sure what is going on here, but it doesn’t much resemble a pils.

On Tap at the Garden City brewery. Light pale golden, scant thin white head. Light cereal grains and very mild hop character. Under carbed and a bit warm. Very basic beer and OK after a 6 mile run. Suspiciously similar to Powerderhaus "Haus Bier"

Bottle from HomeBrewStuff. Dark, hazy amber with big, rocky head. Aroma is equal parts malts and hops. Taste explodes in your mouth with huge hop bitterness . Tannic flavors, malts. too. Pretty righteous stuff.

Taster at the brewery. Nice looking pour, hazy bright golden with a thick creamy head. After that, it's rather pedestrian. Light bready notes in the aroma and taste. Decent feel, but could use a bit more flavor.

Taster at brewery. Clear golden with almost no head. Aroma is mostly peppers, but not too bold. Taste too features the flavors of the peppers rather than the heat. A little bit of a sting but not too bad. Nice grainy flavors too
