Hazy dark mahogany color with small compact head. Light aroma I roasted malts. Dry mouthfeel, quite weak; roasted malt flavor, a bit ashy; correct bitterness. Fresh, not oaked, a bit too ashy and with no chocolate to really be a Porter.
Clean.

On tap. Pours a clear yellow with little head. Light malty aroma. Flavours are also malt dominated with a hint of honey. Nice enough, a lot better than the industrial concoctions but nothing to write home about.

On tap. Pours a yellow brown with light head. Sharp aromas of stoned fruit and turpentine. Similar flavor with rye/wheat and pronounced resin and turpentine. Nope.

Cloudy orange-amber color. The aroma is very nice, hoppy, fruity, oranges and mango. Strong toffee flavor, some residual sweetness; powerful hopping, very resiny, a bit piney, light fruits; extreme bitterness. Rough but enjoyable.

Hazy red-amber color. The aroma is very light. Served too cold. The mouthfeel is dry; light caramel flavor, light roasted malt, quite strong bitterness. Dry finish. Drinkable but without character.

Cloudy blond color. Aroma of wheat, bread, some spices. Very light raspberries. Dry mouthfeel, some raspberries flavor, but also too much bitterness for a fruit or a wheat beer. Light banana.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a pale light yellow - not reminiscent of an IPA. Aroma of citrus, grains and hops. Flavour of hops, pine and floral notes. Didn't care for this too much.

Cask. Cloudy. Not much head. Floral, citrusy...simcoe? Very smooth. Sweet sugar with nice citrus - juicy with grapefruit and maybe kumquat. Doesn’t look great in this incarnation, but it smells and tastes just nice thank you very much.
