On tap at Tap & Barrel Shipyards, pours a clear pale blonde with no head. Aroma brings out lots of dry red apples, with a nice crisp acidity. Flavour is dry and crisp, with lots of dry crisp red apples and a crisp acidity. Simple but well-made. Competent.

Hazy pale blond color. Very light cider aroma. It’s super dry, the problem is that the flavor is almost non existent, it has moderate acidity, the astringency in the final is particularly evident.

Bottle - Light green apple skins. Clear gold. Crisp and clean with a touch of soured green apple and a very dry finish. Nice if a bit boring.
