750mL bottle at Gabbie’s, pours a clear pale yellowish blonde with a quickly-dissipating white head. Aroma has some horse blanket, light hay, and crisp apple skins. Flavour is dry and funky, with lots of horse blanket, moderate funk, dry apple skins, and hay. Fairly dry but still some residual sugar, with a finish off moderate hay and very light acidity. Excellent.

On tap at Gabbie’s, pours a clear pale purple, no head. Aroma has gentle raspberries and crisp apple skins. Flavour is gentle, with floral notes, raspberry skins, and apple skins. Really subdued raspberry and timid overall. Okay.

Bottle at Gabbie’s, pours a clear amber with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with intense sage, which drowns out the apples and blackberries. Flavour is extremely floral, with intense sage, maybe a touch of blackberries, and some acidity. Super floral, almost spicy. Clean and drinkable. Pretty good.

Bottle pour at Gabbie’s, pours a clear fuller blonde with a small white head. Aroma has some crisp apple skins, almost a white wine grape character, and some seltzery notes. Flavour has some champagne-like effervescence, intense apple core, gentle acidity, and some skins. Finishes very carbonated and apple core-y. Pleasant.

On tap at Dageraad, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out plenty of floral hops, with a little citrus and apple core. Flavour is dry and hoppy, with an interesting combo of very floral hops, apple core, and crisp apple skins. Never been a fan of hopped ciders and this is no exception. It's fine.

On tap at Dageraad, pours a clear colour with barely any hues, and a small white head. Aroma is gentle, with a touch of wild farmhouse character and soft apple skins. Flavour is fairly dry, with some farmhouse notes, crisp apple skins, and a tiny touch of champagne-like effervescence. Simple but has a nice gentle funk that makes it a little more interesting than usual. Solid, but I want much more farmhouse character.

Nice light yellow bod with good foam and decent carbonation, sweet apple on the nose with good vine notes. Flavour is slightly bitter apple, modest sweetness, a bit of twig. Very dry mouthfeel that's nice. Not a bad cider at all.
