Bottle - Lots of apple peel and a touch of sweetness. Pale gold with a small white head. Dry apple notes with a touch of acidity. Solid.

Bottle - Nice dry Apple peel with a touch of green apple candy. Pale gold. Apple flesh, touch of green apple and a dry finish. Decent.

500mL bottle at Orchard & the Sea, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light residual sweetness and crisp green apples. Flavour is quite dry, with crisp green apples and subtle residual sweetness, just a tad sweeter than the Dry. Pleasant and well-balanced without blowing you away. Very nice.

500mL bottle at Orchard & the Sea, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma is quite dry, with very dry apples and crisp apple skins. Flavour is bone dry, with crisp apple skins and apple cores. Bone dry with not a lot of depth. It's easy to drink, but quite mouth-puckering. Decent.
