On tap at Darby's, pours a clear blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out crisp apple skins, a tiny hint of strawberry and maybe some earthiness from the rhubarb. Flavour is medium sweet, with a pleasant mix of apple skins, strawberry and tart rhubarb. Nothing special but easy to drink and balanced.

Bottle sampled at BC Cider Fest 2023, pours a clear blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma is very dry and muted, with crisp pear skins. Flavour is dry, with a weird herbal pear character and a crisp pear skin finish. Dreadfully boring and lacking depth. Not great.

Nice clear pale straw body, visible carbonation with small bubbles and medium density, modest foam. Soft sweet apple aroma, slightly dry. Taste is a mostly sweet apple, slight vinous notes, a bit of sugar. Ends refreshing and slightly crisp, alcohol well hidden. Easy drinking for sure, not complex in any way but sometimes that's okay.

Very faint pale straw body, minimal foam, okay carbonation. Very mellow cherry aroma on a soft apple sharpness, works well but could be more forthright. Taste is nice fresh cherry balanced with some sharp sweet apple; ends crisp and full. Very well balanced, enjoyable.

Nice deep rosé body and good foam, modest carbonation. Chewy sweet dark cherry on the nose, maybe soft apple if I think about it. Flavour is muddy cherry, earthy and buttery, and the apple doesn't come forward enough to balance it out. Lingering butter. There are better cherry ciders out there.

Poured from 500mL bottle. Clear with just the slightest yellow tinge, almost like water. Dry pear with mild sweetness. Quick, dry finish.
