On tap at Downtime, Ferndale. Hazy golden yellow appearance. Rocky head. Would never recognize this as a blonde ale in a blind. Flavor has oddly sweet candy like note. Some orange zest. Aroma is awful as far as any beer style standards go. Rotten fruit, corny, vegetal aroma. Flavor barely attempts to save this. I'm as optimistic as they get in veer, but this was far from good. Rare miss for me.

On tap at the Bellingham brewery/taproom Slight haze on this light pale golden pour. Some tropical/“hazy” notes but more straight up citrus pithiness overall. Especially the late bitter bite. Light bodied and well attenuated sep for a 7.2%. Clean finish . Quite good.

Enjoyed on tap at Gruff, first visit. I insisted on disagreeing with Berko on this beer. No way was this beer this infected. Its not as bad as he claimed, but there is a bit of a miscue here. Its oddly sweet. Rich with some sort of infection. Has a bunch of grapefruit notes up front. Odd sweetness follows. Harsh, and a bit unpleasant. A small bit of this is all I can really handle. Not the beer for me.
